Intergenerational transmission of fertility outcomes in Spain

The aim of this paper is to analyze whether parents' fertility behavior may be an important determinant the future outcomes their children in Spain. To address issue, we use data from Survey Living Conditions. Our results confirm intergenerational transmission higher parents’ number children, that individuals have. We find regions where parents have few 0.02 fewer because differences parental fertility, than those living whose a large which represents 7% difference across regions.
